Intlvac's service personnel are available for third party equipment installation and refurbishment under certain conditions. We provide on-site installation of new or used equipment.

Our specialties are Vacuum Deposition Systems, and Ion Beam Sputter and Etch tools.  We also perform on site or in house residual gas analysis (0 to 135 amu) with our portable system at sputter pressures to high vacuum.
