Intlvac Thin Film has added the Agilent Cary 7000 Universal Measurement Spectrophotometer to their research facility in order to better serve customer needs for the highest quality films. This state-of-the-art equipment allows us to deliver precision and consistent multi-angle spectrophotometric data for in house process development and coating services.
Recognizing the need for unprecedented accuracy and versatility, Intlvac has incorporated the latest measurement technology in order to ensure reliable and accurate measurement and optical performance of the thin film materials we produce. We evaluated other measurement equipment and determined that the Cary 7000 is best for our needs to streamline workflow and create the highest quality films.
Our precision optical thin films made in our PARMS and IBS systems have outpaced our older measurement technology.
